=== Contents of the Defence to revocation and Counterclaim for infringement ===

 1. The *Defence to revocation shall contain the matters referred to in Rule [[UPCA_RoP_024|24.1]](a) to (c) and Rule [[UPCA_RoP_029|29]](a) shall apply. 

 2. Any Application to amend the patent shall contain the matters referred to in Rule [[UPCA_RoP_030|30.1]](a) to (c). Rule [[UPCA_RoP_030|30.2]] shall apply. 

 3. Any Counterclaim for infringement shall contain the matters referred to in Rule 13.1(k) to (q) and where the defendant assesses that the value of the dispute including the Counterclaim for infringement exceeds the value of the revocation action by more than [EUR***] an assessment of the value of the dispute including the Counterclaim. Rule [[UPCA_RoP_013|13.2]] and [[UPCA_RoP_013|.3]] shall apply.
