 1. The written procedure shall consist of 

  (a) the lodging of a Statement for a declaration of non-infringement (by the claimant) [Rule [[UPCA_RoP_062|62]] ],<<BR>>
  (b) the lodging of a Defence to the Statement for a declaration of non-infringement (by the defendant) [Rules [[UPCA_RoP_065|65]], [[UPCA_RoP_066|66]] ]. <<BR>>
  (c) the lodging of a Reply to the Defence to the Statement for a declaration of non-infringement [Rule [[UPCA_RoP_067|67]]]. <<BR>>
  (d) the lodging of a Rejoinder to the Reply [Rule [[UPCA_RoP_067|67]]]. 

 2. Rule [[UPCA_RoP_012|12.5]]] shall apply.
