An action for declaration of non-infringement may be lodged together with an action for revocation of the patent (or patents) in question. Fees shall be paid in accordance with both Rules [[UPCA_RoP_047|47]] and [[UPCA_RoP_057|57]] and Rules [[UPCA_RoP_068|68]] and [[UPCA_RoP_069|69]].
