=== Compensation for a licence of right ===
 
 1. The *Application for appropriate compensation ([[UPCA_032|Article 32]](1)(h) of the Agreement) shall contain: 

  (a) particulars in accordance with Rule [[UPCA_RoP_013|13.1]](a) to (d); <<BR>>
  (b) information on the filing of the statement as referred to in Article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012; <<BR>>
  (c) the licence agreement referred to in [[UPCA_008|Article 8]](2) of [[http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2012:361:0001:0008:en:PDF|Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012]]. 

 2. Rules [[UPCA_RoP_132|132]], [[UPCA_RoP_135|135]] to [[UPCA_RoP_140|140]] apply ''mutatis mutandis'' to the procedure for appropriate compensation. 

 3. The applicant shall pay the fee for compensation in accordance with Part 6. Rule [[UPCA_RoP_015|15.2]] shall apply ''mutatis mutandis''.
