During the interim procedure, the judge-rapporteur shall invite the claimant to indicate whether he wishes that an oral hearing be convened. The judge-rapporteur may convene an oral hearing at his own instance. Rules [[UPCA_RoP_111|111]] to [[UPCA_RoP_118|118]] shall apply ''mutatis mutandis''.
