=== Challenge to the decision to reject an appeal as inadmissible ===

 1. The appellant may challenge a decision to reject the appeal as inadmissible under Rules [[UPCA_RoP_224|224.1]] , [[UPCA_RoP_229|229.2]]  or [[UPCA_RoP_233|233.2]]  within one month of service of the decision, without providing new grounds of appeal. 

 2. The panel to which the action has been assigned under Rule [[UPCA_RoP_230|230.2]]  shall decide any challenge under paragraph 1. 

 3. If a decision to reject an appeal as inadmissible is set aside, the appeal shall take its normal course.
