 1. Where the Court orders that a party be added, removed or substituted under Rule [[UPCA_RoP_305|305.1]], it shall give directions to regulate the consequences as to case management. 

 2. The Court shall also determine the extent to which a new party is bound by the proceedings as then constituted.
