 2. Where the decision is taken by the Court of First Instance pursuant to Rules [[UPCA_RoP_360|360]], [[UPCA_RoP_361|361]] and [[UPCA_RoP_362|362]] it is a final decision within the meaning of Rule [[UPCA_RoP_220|220.1]](a).
