Contents of the Defence to the Statement for a declaration of non-infringement

The *Defence to the Statement for a declaration of non-infringement shall contain the matters referred to in Rule 24.1(a) to (h) and a statement whether the defendant disputes the claimant’s assessment of the value of the declaratory action and the grounds for such dispute.
