Rule 93

Examination of the Application to annul or alter a decision of the Office

1. In the examination of the Application to annul or alter a decision of the Office, the judgerapporteurmay invite the claimant to lodge further written pleadings, within a time period to be specified.
2. Where appropriate, the judge-rapporteur may, after consulting the claimant, set a date and time for an interim conference.

3. Rule 35 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
