Rule 152
Compensation for representation costs re decision on the merits
- The successful party shall be entitled to recover reasonable and proportionate costs for representation.
- The Administrative Committee shall adopt a scale of recoverable costs which shall set ceilings for such costs by reference to the value of the dispute. The scale may be adjusted from time to time.
