Rule 253

Immediately after the Application for rehearing has been recorded in the register, the Registry shall serve a copy of the Application for rehearing on all other parties and shall inform the President of the Court of Appeal that a Request for rehearing has been lodged.
The President of the Court of Appeal shall assign the action to a panel consisting of three legally qualified judges. He may order that judges of the Court who participated in taking the decision to be reviewed shall not sit on the panel.
