Rule 301
Automatic extension of periods
- If a period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or official holiday of the Contracting Member State in which the division or section of the central division concerned or the Court of Appeal is located, it shall be extended until the end of the first following working day.
Paragraph 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis if documents filed in electronic form cannot be received by the Court.
