Rule 47

Fee for the revocation action

The claimant shall pay the fee for the revocation action in accordance with Rule 57.2 and Part 6. Rule 15.2. shall apply mutatis mutandis.

Rule 16 on Examination as to formal requirements of the Statement of claim shall apply mutatis mutandis
