Rule 57
Value-based fee for the revocation action
- The value of the revocation action shall be determined by the judge-rapporteur (where the value of the dispute is assessed by one or both parties as exceeding [EUR***]) by way of an order at the interim conference.
Where the value of the revocation action exceeds [EUR***] the claimant shall pay a value-based fee for the revocation action in accordance with Part 6 [Rules 370.2(b) and 371.4 ].
